Matthew McConkie - Managing Partner

Mr. McConkie is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Tunbridge Peak, LLC a subsidiary company of Peak Capital Partners. Matt began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Matt went on to become the Vice President of Capital Markets at Crosland, a diversified real estate development company.

Education: M.B.A., The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania; M.A, International Studies, University of Pennsylvania, B.A., English, Brigham Young University

 

Jeff Danley - Partner

Mr. Danley has been a Managing Partner and Founder of Peak Capital Partners since 2007.  Jeff began his corporate career at Arthur Andersen in the firm’s Global Corporate Finance group where
he provided M&A advisory and support services, and has been acquiring and managing multi-family
properties since 2001. He later joined CCP Equity Partners, a Hartford, Connecticut-based private
equity firm with $500 million under management.

Education: M.B.A, Tuck School of Business; B.S., Accounting (graduated magna cum laude), Brigham
Young University

Jamie Dunn - Partner 

Mr. Dunn has been a Managing Partner and Founder of Peak Capital Partners since 2007. Jamie began his career in real estate investment banking followed by three years with Bain & Company. He has been active in the multi-family space since college, where he managed an apartment complex in exchange for rent. Following business school, he joined Crosland, a leading diversified real estate company in the southeastern U.S., where he served in a variety of roles and ultimately as Chief Operating Officer of the Crosland Land Fund.

Christopher B. Munday - Partner

Mr. Munday spent 11.5 years an as Operating Partner at Golden Gate Capital before acquiring 2020 Companies where he currently serves as Chairman and CEO. Chris is also Chairman of Point 180, and serves on multiple other boards. Chris has previously served as CEO and board member of several companies globally in the business services and CPG Sectors.

Trent Wallin - CFO

 

As CFO, Trent is primarily responsible for the accounting and financial reporting at Tunbridge Peak. Previously, Trent worked as the Controller / Director of Accounting at Viking Cruises, a rapidly growing cruise line.Trent also worked at Ernst & Young in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services group for four and a half years. Mr. Wallin also spent three years with a regional CPA firm where he was responsible for preparing financial statements and advising publicly-traded clients in technical accounting areas, including accounting for complex financial instruments. 

 

Education: Master of Accountancy, University of Virginia; B.S., Business Management -– Finance, Brigham Young University.

Skyler DiStefano - Senior Asset Manager

Mr. DiStefano is a Senior Asset Manager at Tunbridge Peak. Prior to joining Tunbridge Peak, Skyler held various leadership positions in senior housing operations for over a decade with Sunrise Senior Living and Spectrum Retirement Communities. During his tenure he directed and led the day-to-day operations for 1150+ senior housing units, 550+ team members, and had oversight of an $80M operating budget. Skyler's expertise is in managing and directing operations for senior housing communities with a focus on providing best in class care while driving bottom line results. 

 

Education: Master of Health Administration, Weber State University; B.S., Communication, 

Utah Valley University 

Braeden Staheli - Analyst 

Mr. Staheli is an Analyst at Tunbridge Peak and is responsible for all analytics, modeling, and due diligence regarding acquisitions. Braeden provides forecaste models for each acquisition, analyzes historical financial documents and audits all reports available in the due diligence period of an acquisition. Prior to his role at Turnbridge Peak Braeden attended school at Utah Valley University where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics.

Kristi Askew - Senior Associate

Ms. Askew is our Investor Relations Specialist and is responsible for onboarding new investors, managing our secure investor portal, and leading out quarterly distributions and reporting. Prior to this role, Kristi was a Senior Accountant, where she governed half of the property's ownership books, conducted intercompany accounting and equity reconciliations, and coordinated partnership tax returns for owned entities. Kristi's accounting career began as an Associate Auditor at Squire & Company. In her earlier years, Kristi taught junior high math at Timberline Middle School.
